Why don't you just fix the problems. Dynamic Construction said they would fix them for you. They'll cut and chip all the trees, fix the rutted, muddy mess in your site, get your mess off my land, regrade your ridiculous road. They want to be paid, though, just like AEP. You had better hope no one gets hurt because of your negligence and refusal to fix things properly. FROM NOW ON THERE WILL BE NO EQUIPMENT IN OR ON MY PROPERTY, PARKED IN MY DRIVE, BLOCKING MY DRIVE, COMING PAST THE ACCESS ROAD, OR ANYWHERE ELSE OUTSIDE OF YOUR EASEMENT. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED OR TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE.
